it’s interesting to see that we have this great equalizer in the form of the internet and then see people try to resist that aspect of the internet in many ways.
yeah on the one hand it’s important to not let internet culture take over the internet itself too much (that’s how you get trans ethnic people), but at the same time when people on the internet itself resist the positive aspects of technology it’s like come on man what’s the point. the purpose of technology is to enhance the human experience and solve our problems, not perpetuate them.
